Systeme U驗(yàn)廠審核流程-U氏驗(yàn)廠步驟

Systeme U驗(yàn)廠審核中執(zhí)行的主要步驟及檢查如下：

1. Systeme U驗(yàn)廠-開始會議
With the factory management to validate the information provided before the audit through the Factory Profile (duration: 30 minutes/ presentation…)
與工廠管理層一起，確認(rèn)審核前工廠提供的信息（約30 分鐘）

2. Systeme U驗(yàn)廠-現(xiàn)場審核
Site tour observations to assess actual working environment and working practices
現(xiàn)場審核評估實(shí)際的工作環(huán)境及工作狀況

3. SystemeU驗(yàn)廠-員工訪談
Workers and staff interviews, in focus groups and individually, in strict confidentiality
工人與審核員面談，主要以團(tuán)隊(duì)面談和個人面談，面談內(nèi)容嚴(yán)格保密（不包含）。

4. U氏驗(yàn)廠-文件記錄的審核
Checking of documents and records to provide objective evidence of compliance or non-conformity with requirements
檢查工廠的文件及記錄，為符合或不符合相關(guān)要求提供客觀證據(jù)

5. Pre-closing meeting among the audit team in order to prepare the closing meeting 審核員內(nèi)部會議，為結(jié)束會議作準(zhǔn)備。

6. SystemeU驗(yàn)廠-結(jié)束會議
Closing meeting with the factory management (same people who attended the opening meeting already) to discuss and agree upon a Corrective Action Plan
與工廠管理層（與開始會議參加的人員相同），討論并同意糾正措施計(jì)劃
